The most anticipated events of the year! We will make it all you dreamed of and more. Our pricing includes: standard room set-up and clean up, large dance floor, table linens, china and one security officer. Room rental is included with Proms of 300 guests or more and Grad night events of 200 guests or more. If numbers fall below the minimums, a room rental charge will apply. Pricing is determined by the menu option of your choice, pricing does not include sales tax and 18% service charge.

Emerald Room: up to 400 people
Rainier Terrace: up to 500 people
Grandstand Level 3: up to 750 people
Saturday Night Prom Events held April through September:
Due to live racing, set-up must begin after the last live race. Below is a suggested timeline.
7:30 PM - Decorating may begin after the last live race
8:30 PM - Guest arrival
8:30 PM - Serving of buffet
8:30 PM - Dancing begins
12:30 AM - Group departure
Grad Night Time line:
Grad night events can occur from 11:00 P.M. - 2:00 A.M

Deposit and Final Payment
A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the estimated final balance is due at the time of booking. A guaranteed minimum number of attendees is due 10 days prior to your event. A final count will be due 3 days prior to your event by 12:00 noon for any increase in attendees. The final payment will be due the day of your event.
