Our prices include standard room set-up and clean up, no-host tableside cocktail service, large dance floor, table linens and china when the food & beverage minimum is met. Prices are determined by the menu option of your choice, pricing does not include sales tax and 18% service charge.

Food and Beverage Minimums
The food and beverage minimum is the minimum dollar amount before tax and service charge that must be spent on food and hosted beverages to secure the room for an evening.

Saturday Schedule of Events April through October:
Due to live racing, set-up must begin after the last live race.

2:00 PM First Race.
7:00 PM Approximate Conclusion of Racing.
7:00-8:00 PM Cocktail Hour following the last race.
8:00 PM Access to room.
8:30 PM Serving of Buffet
9:00 PM Program/Dancing begins
12:00 AM Group departure

  • Free parking after races. (Guests are advised to park in Preferred Parking area, if attending the races. The tram to General Parking does not run after the races.)

    Deposit and Final Payment:
    A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the estimated final balance is due at the time of booking. A final guarantee of attendees & payment is due 10 days prior to your event.
