Emerald Downs has over 5,000 lighted and paved parking spaces open for rental. One area of approximately 600,000 square feet is available from October through April, and most weekdays and some weekends from May to September. Past uses have included automobile ride and drives, car sales, RV Sales and circuses.
Rental fees are on a per square foot basis and are $.012 per sq. ft. For example, an area of 200,000 sq. ft. would be 200,000 x $.012, or $2,400 per day. This rate is negotiable for setup days, multiple events, etc. There also is power, water and phone service available to certain areas of the lot and may be added for nominal fees.
