Emerald Downs is a perfect location for your next meeting and/or corporate social gathering. Our staff is happy to assist you with your entire event planning needs. Meeting rooms include rectangle tables of 8-12, arranged for optimal viewing. The exceptions to this are the Triple Crown Suites where the rooms are intimate, reception style areas that lend themselves well to smaller groups. Prices include meeting space for up to 4 hours with each additional hour charged at 20% of the base charge.
Note: Pricing applies to Non-Race day events only. See "Day at the Races" menu option for race day pricing. Food service may waive or reduce rental charge.
Audio Visual Equipment: Podium and hard-line microphone is included in room rental. Other audiovisual equipment is available for rent. Our in-house audio/visual department will help put the finishing touches on your event: Audio Visual Equipment price list.
Deposit and Final Payment: A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the estimated final balance is due at the time of booking. A guaranteed minimum number of attendees is due 10 days prior to your event. The final payment will be due 7 days prior to your event and is based upon the 10-day guarantee. You will be billed for food charges accrued by your final count. A final 3-business day count will be needed by 12 noon for any increase in attendees. Hosted beverages must be estimated and paid for in advance with adjustment following the event.
